Old school hardware store with knowledgeable staff!! Replacement cartridge for an old Delta faucet? No problem, and I didn’t have to search through an entire bay of stuff (they were behind the counter). They also helped me replace missing “oddball” hardware for assembling a baby crib. Highly recommend, will be back.

Old school, locally owned, and open since 1948. What’s not to love?! Every single time I go there’s somebody that knows what they’re doing to help me with what I need help with. I’m thankful to have a place like this in my community!

Just stopped in today on a search for quality toggled bungees. Of course I found them and they have a whole bunch more. Don’t underestimate this little ole hardware store. Employee “Nate” was a big help. Assisting me with a replacement metal flag pole. They have all sorts of things for around the home! I highly recommend this place, u won’t be disappointed!! 😁👍👍😊

They are literally waiting at the door asking what you need help with as you approach. They not only had exactly what I needed, they offered to sharpen the blade for me on the new tool I was buying. It is a throw-back....a friendly, neighborhood hardware store. I used to go there when I lived in town from 97-01, and now that I've moved back, I go there a lot too and they always come through for me.

A wonderful local business. I would recommend Cahaba Heights Hardware to anyone. The staff is very kind, knowledgeable, and eager to help. I came in because I needed new screws for my license plate, as mine were rusted and basically fused into my car. Not only did they help me find the right ones, but they spent the better part of 30 minutes getting the old screws out. I didn’t go in expecting them to take that on, but they went above and beyond to make sure my problem was fixed. I’ll be giving them my business whenever possible, and you should too!

The nicest people work here! They have helped me and my family on multiple occasions and they truly know their stuff! Also, they keep a lot of random things stocked so if you're looking for something out of the ordinary call ahead because they may have it. I love that this place is right down the road. I'd much rather support them than a big box store.
